I have modded the shop very much, and most translated parts are now hard-coded. I also found out that a big part of phpshop doesn't use language file (like confirmation mails, error massages etc. etc.), so you will have to edit the files anyway.

Yups i too had to conclude that phpshop needs some major hardco(d)(r)e translating. Almost done now building my shop (integrating several payment gateways) but i don't know what to do when scaling to other countries, yet.

I tried to respond to this topic, resulting in a ban from this forum. Probably because a had a link to a multi-language version of phpshop.

I have nothing against anti-spam measures (I hate spam!!!), but the given mailadress in the ban message is not working. I tried to contact a site-admin, but I got no answer. I was banned a few days ago, so it is still possible that I get an answer. :-(

There is a non-free multi language version available ( ulisoft.org ), but you could also run multiple instances of phpshop with an own database.

It looks like this site has been converted to VirtueMart and is no longer phpShop
