image upload problems

Hello!
When I try to upload images.  The Windows platform.

I have next message:

ERROR: Image Update command failed.
$ret = copy("Z:\tmp\php3A.tmp", "Z:/home/ttt.ru/www/images/shop/product/81bc453a1d07c07caffb9e1d9ed8a7b4.jpg")

The format image:   product_t_h123.jpg   end product_f_h123.jpg

I,m  read the forum not respounse.
