Quantity Discount

Hi there

Someone finally implemented a fully running quantity-discount feature?
Need to have a shop with prices like:
1 = 10$
2 = 9$ per item
from 5 to 10 8$ per item
..
..
..

Can anybody help me?
The solutions from thefinalcoz and gramlin/anders are not complete anymore or the posts are broken or incomplete... :-( !?
