phpShop Install Quote Please

I am looking for someone to install phpShop for me. Can anyone who can do this provide me with a quote as well as a date you could do it and how long it would take? I would also need the person installing it to tell me what files to edit to customize the look of the cart once it's installed. I need it installed right away, so if you can, please give a quote as soon as possible.

I tried installing it myself, but can't figure it out, and I'm usually pretty good at installing stuff. All of the files are already uploaded to the site, the database has been created using the dump file, the user for the database has been created with full permissions, etc. I read the install file, but I can't figure out where to go to get into the cart or the admin section. I installed it under the phpshop directory I created, but when I go to the site www.thesitename.com/phpshop, I just get a directory listing of all of the files in that directory, because there isn't an index file. I am soooo lost! Someone please help?

Please be kind, I already spent almost $100 on another cart for my client that I can't even get installed (HOPE to get a refund).
